Pale lemon color. Initially reserved aroma, it takes time for the white flowers, a hint of elderflower, lime and lemon to emerge, followed by apple and pear in succession, and finally quince. It's worth waiting a minute or two! Tasting reveals a medium body, ringing acidity, and lively fruitiness, a real "I want more" wine. An addictive wine for both the old and the young!
